I. Overview:

  This Tire packer consists of a control panel, a main frame and pneumatic components, etc. The pneumatic tire sleeve machine can compress and pack tires of different sizes from large to small, which greatly reduces the storage space and transportation cost of tires. This equipment is easy to assemble and simple to operate, and only one manual can complete all the work. With this equipment, a skilled worker can pack 100-120 tires per hour. 

II. Main structure and working principle:

2.1 Main structure:

1. Shield plate: protect the safety of parts and personnel. 

2. Workbench: The tire is covered on this table. 

3. Electrical control panel: used for the control of tire expansion, tire support, tire pressing, and tire pushing action. 

4. Power components: a total of 7 cylinders provide power. 

5. Guidance system: transverse and longitudinal guide track to ensure the smooth operation of the machine. 

6. Compressed air interface. 

2.2 working principle:

Tire packer Using 0.6Mpa~0.8Mpa air source as power, when used, the cylinder top open the mechanical tire support structure, the large tire is stretched open, the top tire pressure mechanism under the action of the cylinder, the smaller tire is pressed into the large type of tire, and the flat push mechanism pushes the tire flat and is placed in the large type tire. The tires are pressed into the smaller one in turn, and the tires are put in from the largest to the smallest, saving storage space and reducing transportation costs.
